Cervical hemi-contusion 

Volitional EMG ↓ but, forelimb hyperreflexia observed

hyperreflexia : PETH method

Biceps - reflex ↑ voluntary - 

Triceps - reflex - voluntary ↓

 

CST가 sprouting 되어 spinal cord interneuron area에 re-connected : in terms of plasticity 

 

Cd (cadmium) 2+ → non-specific Ca2+ channel blocker 

monoamine related excitation in cortex

 

spinal neuron 중의 sim1 + neuron : connection development, neuronal pattern relationship 

 

Egr -/- medated traing demonstrated circuit - intrafusal muscle spindle KO mice

poor recovery from spinal cord injury 

 

Cat (feline) : SOL/GAS nerve cut해도 muscle volume and EMG change 유의하게 일어나지 않음 (?)

 

mouse level에서 spinal cord complete Tx or hemi Tx해도 motor neuron의 excitability의 변화는 유의하게 일어나지 않음 (patch clamp 상; 6~8 주 후 실험). 그러나, 5-HT에 대한 excitability는 100 배 이상 증가.
